    POLICY

    GOO HQ’s Shipping policy operates on the basis that all orders received on our website will be shipped via a recorded delivery postal service within 2 working days from receipt of the online order. It is your responsibility that the correct shipping address is entered whilst placing your order, as Goohq will not liable for any loss of shipments due to incorrectly entered addresses. Shipments are sent via a recorded delivery and tracked postal service, please make sure that you will be available to receive your item, as proof of delivery will be required. Items returned to ourselves due to the postal service being unable to obtain proof of delivery will not be eligable for refund.     RETURNS
    POLICY

    GOO HQ’s Returns policy 14 days from receipt of your online order. To request a return you will require your online order number.  To start a return enquiry contact customer services referencing your online order number. Once your return enquiry is received, processed and accepted customer services will forward you instructions on how and where to return your item. Packages must be sent back via a recorded delivery and tracked postal service, the cost of this will be covered by you. Items must be returned in the same condition that they were received in unused, undamaged and unopened.     EXCHANGE & REFUND
    POLICY

    GOO HQ’s Exchange or refund policy is active for 14 days from receipt of your online order. To request an exchange or refund you will require your online order number. To start an exchange or refund enquiry contact customer services referencing your online order number. Once your exchange or refund enquiry is received, processed and accepted customer services will forward you instructions on how your exhange or refund will be initiated. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return item, and inform you if the refund was approved or not.
